Our surfskate coaching on the Sunshine Coast is one of the most effective ways to improve your surfing, helping you refine your technique on land and boost confidence before you paddle out.
At Surfskate Noosa, we run coaching sessions for all levels, from beginners learning the basics to experienced surfers fine-tuning their turns. With options including 1:1 starter packs, group lessons, casual training sessions and flexible multi-class packs, there’s an option to suit every schedule and ability.
All sessions are held at our purpose-built surfskate bowl in Noosa, with premium equipment and expert coaching included.

Starter Packs (1:1, 2:1, 3:1)
Private sessions to set some solid foundations in your surfskate journey. If you’re brand new to surfskating or your just want to work at your own pace, the starter pack is a great way to make the most out of your time with us.

1:1 Starter Pack has 2 options:
3 × 1 hour private sessions
or
1 × 1 hour private session plus 3 group classes.
Pricing:
1:1 Starter Pack (3 × 1 hour sessions) - $270
2:1 Starter Pack (3 × 1 hour sessions) - $300
3:1 Starter Pack (3 × 1 hour sessions) - $360
1:1 Private + Group Starter Pack (1 private session + 3 group sessions) - $200
Safety gear and surfskate boards are provided.
Surfskate Packs
Surfskate Pack sessions are designed for you to work through your fight/flight/freeze reactions on the board, undo bad habits and get comfortable with connecting turns and surfing more vertical lines on a wave.
The packs are flexible allowing you to purchase a pack and book in for the for sessions that suit you.

Packs are available for both kids and adults.
Numbers are limited per class, ensuring quality time developing skills.
The packs can also be used for in-water coaching.
Safety gear is provided, with surfskates available for hire.
Pricing:
Surfskate Coaching 6 pack - $240 per person
Surfskate Coaching 10 pack - $350 per person
Surfskate Coaching & Training 6 pack (3 × 1 hour group coaching sessions + 3 × 2 hour group training sessions) - $198 per person. *Includes board hire.
Surfskate Coaching & Training 10 pack (5 × 1 hour group coaching sessions + 5 × 2 hour group training sessions) - $260 per person. *Board hire not included.
Casual Coaching Session
A casual coaching session is a great way to get a feel for surfskating in the bowl and to work on specific habits.
These sessions are capped at 5 participants per session allowing for more room to move and more time to focus on your technique.

Pricing: $45 per person
Surfskate Training Session
A surfskate training session is a great way to work on technique and practice what you’ve learned in your coaching sessions.
Spend 2 hours in the bowl focusing on repetition and reinforcing correct movements. With no more than 6 people per session, there’s plenty of time to practice and improve!
